The Sakonnet Golf Club Turf Care Center was started in September of 2008 and completed in April of 2009. GSA provided superintendent Kirk Whiting with a Master Plan, Design Services and overview of construction for the contractor, New England Construction.

Turf Care Maintenance Facility - 10,000 sq ft
Combined Fuel & Wash Building & Environmental Management Center - 2700 sq ft
Bulk Storage - 5 bays (2 covered) - designed but not built in phase 1
